 1. What can I do if I do not see the products I want?

  • Keep checking back as we introduce new products every two weeks. To stay informed, sign up for our email notifications so you do not miss out on any of our discounted offers.
  • Please email your suggestions for future additions to info@jamdungtingz.com.
2. Are the prices quoted in $USD only?
  • No. You can chanage the currency by selecting your location; the United States, Canada or the United Kingdom
3. If the package is going to Canada do I have to pay Customs/Duty/Fees?
  • Canadian Customs may charge Duty or Fees that would have to be covered by the receiver. 


4. Do you offer FREE shipping?

  • Yes, orders over $75 USD, $65 pounds, and $70 Canadian qualify for free standard shipping.
  • Note this does not include Patty orders.


5. Do you ship to the Cayman Islands?

  • No. We are currently only shipping to the United Kingdom, Canada, and the United States.

6. How long will it take to get my Package?
  • Orders may take 1-2 business days to be processed. 
  • The shipping time will vary depending on your location. Your estimated shipping time will displayed during the checkout process. 


7. Does someone have to sign for my package?

  • DHL/USPS may require someone to sign for the package. They may not leave it at your door. If someone does not sign, you may need to arrange for re-delivery or pick up at your local post office.


8. Do you sell patties?

  • Yes, they go pretty fast. To ensure delivery, place your order as soon as you see them in stock.
